PUMPKIN SPICE WAFFLES & BERRIES

tasty Waffles

For Christmas my lovely Grandparents bought me a selection of kitchen gadgets that I could play around with, one of them being a waffle iron. After a bit of experimentation here;s what I came up with; Pumpkin Spice Waffles. I hope you enjoy them!

What you will need:
2 cups of self raising flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons pumpkin spice, my recipe here
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Powdered sugar & berries to serve

tasty WafflesWhat to do:
Preheat and grease your waffle iron. In a large bowl sift in your flour and add your pumpkin spice and sugar. Whisk in your eggs, vanilla and milk. Continue to mix until a smooth batter has formed and pour into your waffle iron. Cook until crisp. Serve with some fresh berries and a light dusting of powdered sugar.
