DIY BEAUTY: TONING ROSEWATER & HONEY MASK

I make this easy DIY mask once a week and it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. Perhaps best of all this mask costs less than 50 cents per application and is all natural!

What you will need:

1 Tablespoon Rosewater (I purchased mine from the cooking isle in the supermarket for around $1.00)
3 Tablespoons Honey
1/4 cup water

What to do:

Combine all ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds or until the honey melts.
Whisk well and allow the mixture to cool until it will not burn your skin.
Apply thickly to the face and leave to set for about 15 minutes.
Wash away with warm water.

Too easy!

I guess it doesn’t really matter. I do a little DIY pampering Sunday nights so that is when I use it but I can’t see then harm in using it daily, the ingredients are easy on the skin and non-abrasive :)

      Hey,
If you heat the mixture it melts the honey, the heat also helps open up the pores when applied. But of course you’ll need to make sure it’s not too hot :)
