These choc dipped cookies are sure to be a crowd pleaser and are very simple to make.
What you need:
Biscuit:
1 cup caster sugar
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Cup Plain Flour
3/4 Cup Milk
Choc dip:
200 grams milk chocolate
2 Tablespoons milk
1 Tablespoon Butter
What to do:
Preheat oven to 180ÂșC and line a cookie tray
Cream together the sugar and butter and add the vanilla
Fold in the flour and milk
Knead until a soft dough
Roll into spoon size ball and place on tray
Press down with fork and bake for around 12 minutes or until slightly brown
Allow to cool and make the chocolate dip.
Melt the chocolate with the butter and milk in a bowl over a saucepan of water,
Once melted dip each cookied in the chocolate and place on grease proof paper until set.
Makes around 15 cookies
